I did just think about this a bit more and there is the 60V GPS wiring under the seat of the Sur Ron which you could use even when the bike is not powered on (provided the breaker is on though), however this needs to be stepped down to 12V with a converter for it to be usable by most peripheral electronics.
There is not. When the bike is off the only source of power is to the ignition and it is not usable because it connects to the DC converter to power the rest of the bike. Take a look at the wiring diagram on our ownership manual page!
I dealt with this by installing a secondary DC converter directly off of the controller power leads to constantly supply low power to a GPS tracker and onboard alarm system.
